Privacy Policy
SportPulse ("we", "us", "our") provides a sports information app for football, basketball, and tennis. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. SportPulse is a gambling-free product and does not process any betting, wagering, or payment data.
1. Information we collect
- Guest identifier. When you use the app without an account, we generate a random device identifier (UUID) so we can remember your preferences and favorites. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
- Account information (optional). If you register, we store your email address, a hashed password, a nickname, and your chosen language.
- Preferences & favorites. Favorite teams, players, and matches, language choice, and notification settings.
- Device & push token. If you enable notifications, we store your device push token and platform (iOS/Android) to deliver alerts.
- Usage data. Basic, aggregated analytics such as screens viewed and feature usage, used to improve the app.
2. How we use information
- To provide live scores, schedules, match details, news, favorites, and AI insights.
- To send notifications you have opted into (kickoffs, goals, full-time, breaking news).
- To remember your language and preferences across sessions.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
3. AI features
Our AI provides neutral, informational match insights (recent form, head-to-head, tactics and key players) generated from public sports data — not from your personal information. Where these insights are produced with a third-party model provider, only match-related data is sent to that provider. We do not use your data to provide betting or wagering advice of any kind.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the app (for example, hosting, push notification delivery, and the AI model provider), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account or guest profile is active. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights"). Backups are rotated regularly and purged over time.
6. Your rights
Subject to your local laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw notification consent in the app's settings. To make a request, email support@sportpluse.pro.
7. Children
SportPulse is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS in transit and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
